Can I switch from ODM to OEM later?

Yes, and successful brands often do. The smart approach is to validate demand with ODM, then transition your best-selling designs to Modified ODM or full OEM as you scale. Negotiate transition terms upfront so you know which modifications are possible under your current agreement.

What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
